It includes details of current research on laminitis, respiratory health and insulin sensitivity. It covers the latest findings on how diet and feeding regimens can positively modify the behaviour of horses and it explains recent developments in the relationship between diet and exercise, with the object of improving the performance and welfare of equine athletes.
