The Talland School of Equitation

The Talland School of Equitation is a world renowned BHS & ABRS approved equestrian centre offering top class tuition in Dressage, Show jumping, cross country and side saddle.

Talland was founded in 1958 by Mrs Molly Sivewright, who is still actively involved in the running and management of the School. Talland is now run by one of her daughters, international dressage rider and trainer Pammy Hutton, FBHS, with her husband Brian, BHSI, and a host of other prominent instructors.

Talland offers the opportunity to ride and train on quality horses and ponies under highly qualified instruction as well as watch international horses in training. There are between 85 and 100 horses from youngsters through to well trained, experienced schoolmaster competition horses, allowing Talland to cater for complete beginner to Olympic level rider and train students to Fellowship level.

Past Talland students are spread around the world and many have forged excellent reputations for themselves both at national and international level. Talland prides itself on its warm welcome to visitors of all ages and abilities and is happy to offer courses to suit the individual as well as unaccompanied children's courses throughout the holidays.
