Information on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of the terms and conditions of entry.  2. Entry is open to all. No purchase is necessary and no fee is payable to enter the competition. 3. Competition entries will continue to be collected and considered from 6.03.17 -17.03.2017 at 6pm. 4. Valid entries will only be those entered via the competition submission form on www.spillers-feeds.com. 5. One winner will be chosen at random each working day (Monday-Friday) during the competition. All competition entries that have been submitted will remain in the prize draw until the closing date. There are 10 chances to win. 6. Entries are limited to one entry per person and must be submitted via the entry form by 6pm on 17.03.17. 7. The winning draws will take place daily from 12pm on the following corresponding dates: DAY1 Monday: Winner Contacted Tuesday 7th March. DAY2 Tuesday: Winner Contacted Wednesday 8th March. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with SPILLERS you agree to grant to SPILLERS, free of charge, a licence, or permission, to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for editorial reasons) in any media worldwide. 9. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you. Further, the rights granted to SPILLERS to use your contribution are non-exclusive which means that you can continue to use your content as you like including the ability to allow others to use it. 10. When you submit content to SPILLERS, you must only submit your own original content or if your content does contain the work(s) of others (e.g. music, images and/or video) you must have obtained the necessary rights or permissions to use that material. 11. If your content clearly identifies anyone else you will need to ensure that they have consented to the content being used by SPILLERS. Where your content clearly identifies children under the age of 16 you must ensure that their parent or guardian has provided consent. 12. You must not submit or share any content that is defamatory, offensive or unlawful in any way. Any inappropriate content will be rejected or removed by SPILLERS. 13. SPILLERS may need to contact you for administrative purposes in relation to your contribution and/or to obtain further information about your contribution. If we are unable to contact you we may be unable to use your content. Please see our Privacy Policy. 14. SPILLERS will only keep your content for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted. 15. In the instance that contact cannot be made within 2 days with the winner, the prize will be lost. 16. All competitors (including the winners) may be required by SPILLERS to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledge that SPILLERS has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. 17. SPILLERS may publicise, broadcast or otherwise disclose a competitor’s name, character, likeness, statements or any recording of their voice in advertising or promotional activities concerning the SPILLERS competition and may promote or advertise that a winner has won a contest. 18. The prize is 1 bag of SPILLERS Daily Fibre. There are 10 prizes available.  19. There will be no substitution of this prize for the monetary value. 20. Employees of SPILLERS their subsidiaries and immediate families are ineligible to enter. 21. The winner will be selected at random using an automated random draw selection tool, once drawn; the decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.  SPILLERS reserve the right to change these General Terms and conditions for this competition at any point.  SPILLERS accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize.
