Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before agreeing to them, and submitting your enquiry form on spillers-feeds.com (“the site”) operated by Mars Horsecare UK Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. The SPILLERS weigh clinic service offers FREE visits to yards of a minimum of 10 horses and is open to all horse owners, no purchase necessary. Where a yard has less than 10 horses the nutritionist will do thier best to accomodate but this may inccur longer waiting times in order to combine visits in to several yards in one area.

Visits are available weekdays and evenings, weekends are reserved for yards in excess of 30 horses, riding club camps and competitions.

Our nutritionists will provide a product recommendation and diet plan based on the information shared in the consultation. Advice is given on the assumption that the horse owner is sharing the information for their own horse. We will not be held responsible for dietary advice that is not given directly to the horse owner from one of our nutritionists.

Each individual owner should be present for their own horse’s consultation unless already agreed with the SPILLERS nutritionist.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the setup of a free SPILLERS Record. This is available for you to access at your own discretion and requires activation with a password after your visit.

A summary of your enquiry and horse’s recommendation will be available for you to access following your nutritionist visit on spillers-feeds.com/myrecord. This information will be available within 3 days of your visit and an email confirming your recommendation will be sent as soon as your record is available to access.

SPILLERS, Mars Horsecare and its affiliates will not share your data and horse information with any third parties. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your data.

The portable weigh bridge requires a flat hard standing of approx. 5 meters in length and 2/3 meters wide, vehicular access to where the weigh bridge is to be positioned is necessary, power is not required for the use of the weigh bridge but during the dark evenings, lights are essential.

Repeat visits are available at the discretion of the SPILLERS nutritionist, we recommend a repeat visit on an annual basis and repeat visits are restricted to a maximum of 2 within a 12 month basis.

The SPILLERS nutritionist will always endeavour to keep to bookings made, if for unforeseen circumstances a booking must be postponed contact will be made with the horse owner as early as possible and your understanding in these situations would be appreciated.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
