SPILLERS provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit our website, use products or services, use applications for mobile, or use software provided by our company in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, “Services”). Our company provides the Services subject to the following conditions.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before agreeing to them, and submitting your enquiry form on spillers-feeds.com (“the site”) operated by Mars Horsecare UK Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The SPILLERS Care-Line is a FREE service, offering product and dietary advice based on the information provided by you, the horse owner. This service is open to all horse owners with no purchase necessary. The service is accessible online using the enquiry forms and My SPILLERS Record or via the phone using the contact information on the Contact Us page of the site.
We will provide a product recommendation and diet plan based on the information submitted in the enquiry form, or detailed over the phone. Our nutritionists may contact you for further information via email or phone before completing a recommendation.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the setup of a free SPILLERS Record account. This is available for you to access at your own discretion and requires activation with a password after your enquiry is received.
A summary of your enquiry and horses recommendation will be available for you to access following your nutritionist visit on spillers-feeds.com/myrecord. This information will be available within 3 days of your enquiry being made and an email confirming your recommendation will be sent as soon as your record is available to access.
Advice is given on the assumption that the horse owner is submitting the information for their horse. We will not be held responsible for dietary advice that is not given directly to the horse owner from one of our nutritionists.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

We offer weighbridge clinics to yards with 10+ horses. Virtual visits can be arranged for yards with less than 10 horses.
